What is UGAP?
UGAP is a public industrial and commercial establishment (EPIC) under the supervision of two ministries (Economy and National Education). UGAP is a French public purchasing centre and is the main body performing this function.
Due to its status as a purchasing centre and the fact that it purchases for resale, UGAP enables its contract holders to access all public procurement contracts by signing a single contract and to benefit from reduced administrative, commercial and financial costs.
